Description

The main objective of this paper is to analyze the various theories of leadership and its application in the corporate world. In the latter part of the report it aims at understanding the behavioural traits of the leaders and analyzing their behaviour. This report has been written on the analysis of the various leadership styles that has been used in various organizations. This report includes information on theories on leadership, the various contemporary leadership models and the theories of leadership. Then this report also discusses the factors that helps in becoming a perfect leader and ways to achieve that benchmarked. This report first analyzes and find out the various benchmarking theories of leadership and then a comparative analysis has been done between the leadership style of Apple and the benchmarking style.
