Description
This report uses the case of Volkswagen, which acted unethically by installing defeat devices to wrongly display the emission levels and identifies an objective to overcome the poor ethical practices in the organization. The report also discusses the macro and micro ethics/csr leadership approach appropriate for achieving the identified objective.
