Description
This study looks into the financial and other business aspects of Cements and Gypsum Products Company in Oman. Being a company running only in loss for many years, CGP has come out of that and started making profits. This point was the main attraction for this study which aroused curiosity on the possibility to stay succeeded in the market where there are only three cement manufacturers. It is found that CGP is adopting good growth strategies and does have good potential to stay competent even when the other two viz; Raysut Cements and Oman Cements Companies. It is suggested to utilize the opportunities to the maximum and come out with the support of brilliant strategies
