Globalization was initially viewed and understood as being an economic phenomenon but the last few years has seen the perspective become more comprehensive and nuance. The potential and possible effects of globalization in Indian and Chinese economy is explored and understood through the realm of this paper. This greater economic competitiveness and social well-being is based on knowledge, human resource and monetary capital. The government is limited to restrict large externalities with the development of liberalization and globalization. This has brought about a large change in the technological, political and cultural forces along with diversifying the market.
