The research is based on management of generation Y employees in workplace. The paper is divided into different sections which explain the topic and describe the research plan for conducting the research. The paper begins with literature review which describes research topic, framework and theories on research topic. To delve into concept, literature review is followed by research questions. The research questions are the main aim of the research project. To collect information on research question, the next section is based on research plan which will be used to collect relevant information on research question. This section describes the research methodology and how the research tools will be used to collect primary information through interview and questionnaire methods. The paper closes with a conclusion which summarizes main points in the research plan. The research plan highlights on the growing problems faced by organizations in respect to generation y employees. The research will help solve questions in the beginning and increase generation Y motivation towards working in an organization
