Description

The given study is about a company which is both nationally and internationally famous like McDonalds Corporation. The proposed study is related to pattern of multicultural workforce adopted in this particular company. The multinational feature of the company owes to the operation of the organization based on a multi-cultural workforce. Analysis of the multicultural workforce using Hofstede’s Model will help to get an idea about the multicultural workforce of McDonalds in different country using different parameter. For instance to compare the different work culture adopted at McDonalds there different countries has been taken to distinguish the culture which are the United States, Oman and China.
