Description
To establish harmony and discipline among the people human rights were set, which include certain set of standards of human behavior and are effectively and regularly protected through legal rights in national and international law. The human rights are considered as fundamental rights, which every individual is inherently entitled to as a human being. As per Article 1 of United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights, “All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights.” Similarly the labor laws to have effective mediation between employers and employees and the trade unions. These laws include employment standards, which are the norms for socially acceptable condition, which the employees and employers are permitted to work. The paper discusses the human rights and labor law of UAE. The adherence to these laws is considered to be the best among all the Arab countries.
