Description
The aim of this literature review is to investigate, compare, and contrast authors’ view about the roles of managers in today’s organizations and the past. Nowadays, many companies have a manager to manage their activities in the organisations in order to achieve goals. Managerial role is the particular duty that should be performed and done by someone who has a position in the organizations (Waddell et al, 2007). Therefore, managerial role has a great influence in doing and performing organizations activities.
