The major objective of the paper is to develop a marketing plan for the In and Out burger fast food chain. In the year 1948, Harry and Esther Snyder founded this fast food chain in Baldwin Park, California. The unique idea of offering drive through hamburger to the customers succeeded in increasing the population of this fast food chain. The philosophy of the In and Out Burger is to offer the freshest and the superior quality of foods and services to the customers in a friendly and clean environment (In and Out Burger).
In this report the situation analysis for In and Out burger is being conducted to develop the marketing plan for the fast food chain which will help the company to create the brand awareness in the target market and to enhance their total market share. For the situational analysis different tools has been employed like the SWOT analysis, Porter five forces, market summary etc. The marketing strategy is also being analyzed which would help the management of In and Out burger to position their products and services successfully in the target market and to increase their sales revenue to ensure the expansion, growth and sustainability for the company.
