Description
The objective of the paper is to compare and contrast the ethical perspective of the business in terms of the evaluation of the Mondragon cooperative Corporations in context of political as well as economic revolution. Mondragon cooperative Corporations have integrated a number of ethical decisions in their business operations in reference to innovation, pay, product, management, distribution, conflicts and disputes etc. The process and systems adapted by a cooperative based corporation and a capitalistic form of management is contrasting. Generally efficiency is more associated with the traditional and capitalist structure of corporations where focus on equity is more for the co-operative associations.
