Not just this, the company has its operations in foreign countries of Brazil, Canada, Argentina, UK, Mexico and also works on cash and carry format in developing nations of India and China.
Wal Mart caters to the needs of all types of customers and from all age groups. The products available at Wal Mart range from daily grocery to apparels for daily use. Wal Mart is recognized as discount stores worldwide due to the low cost competitive strategy adopted by Wal Mart. The success of Wal Mart lies in the successful planning, strategy and the organizational processes followed in the company with the development of E-Commerce activity.
