Description
This study aims at clarifying the role of organizational commitment in gaining higher efficiency in various HRM functions. Specifically, how the various HRM functions such as employee satisfaction, organizational performance, retention and other can be impacted either positively or negatively through commitment among the employees. The research conducted will aim at understanding the employee perspectives on these matters. The research will also try to analyze the strategies that are being adopted by various multinational organizations to increase employee commitment towards organizations and its impact on employees.
This research will include both primary and secondary data. Secondary data will be included in the literature review section of the report. Primary research will conducted to gets hands on information about employee’s perception on this matter. it will try to evaluate the view point employees from various organization.
