Description
This study was undertaken at Mandovi Motors Pvt Ltd, leading dealer of Maruti Suzuki vehicles.
The study titled “EMPLOYEE PERCEPTION WITH REGARD TO HR PRACTICES AT MANDOVI MOTORS”, focuses on knowing the employees perception with regard to implementation of HR practices in the company. The study also focuses on finding out the perception gap between the top management and middle management with regard to the implementation of the HR practices.
A survey was conducted with the help of a structured questionnaire. The respondents included employees from both the top management and middle management.
The sample size was 50.
The data was collected with the help of structured questionnaires and depth interviews. The secondary data was gathered with the help of in-house journals and also through the company websites. Data gathered was analyzed in order to draft recommendations and suggestions and to know the implications of the study.
The analysis of the data revealed that some more improvements are needed in the feedback system, reward system and compensation paid by the company.
