Description
This report analyzes HRM and its localization challenge in UAE. Human Resource Management is a role which is pervasive to all other functions in any organization. HRM starts with selection, recruitment, training and development, motivation of employees in an organization. HRM also includes deriving policies, standards and rules for employees.
