Description
The object of this assignment is to examine the ways by which Human Resource (HR) systems and practices contribute towards organizational flexibility. Further, an analysis of the potential impacts of the HR systems on labor markets, in particular the tensions associated with the flexibility issue, will be conducted. Recommendations will also be made regarding the ways by which these tensions can be overcome and which could contribute to creating a sustainable competitive advantage into the future.
