The company’s services will include providing full range of consultancy services and support to implement IT infrastructure in organizations from different sectors. The company will support organizations by identifying its IT requirements, assist the organization n product selection, procurement of hardware and software, provide IT management support, website design and content management. The company will have15 members and a flat organizational structure, the employees will work as a team and have a team leader who would support them as and when needed. Human resource manager is responsible for ensuring that the organization has best human resource practices, which will help in increased employee and organizational performance. The top management will have a collaborative approach and encourages employee engagement and empowerment across the company.
