WiMax (Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access) is a wireless broadband accesses technology based on IP which is similar to Wi-Fi networks. This has an advantage over Wi-Fi networks since the coverage area is up to 30 miles. Blogs is another effective way of communication among the employees of an organization who can put forward their views on a certain issue, or communicate with the customers and suppliers (Carr, 2004). The report discusses what impact these technologies will have on the employees it also mentions the impact of the implementation on the organization.
