Professionals working in different levels of industries shift to other companies in order to get a better position, better salary, and other perquisites. This fact sends a clear message to all professionals in the world. Organizations value only skills and professionalism. There is no value of emotions and commitment. Most companies have shifted focus on the performances of employees. These days, it is impossible to survive in the corporate environment unless a person performs well. Past successes, good performances, and achievements are of no good if, for some reason. A professional fails to do his job properly at present.
