This assignment is based on the following requirement –
Identify a previously encountered or ongoing problem in your own professional or organisational context from one of the following areas:
1. Interpersonal communication issues characterised by problems with non-verbals, listening and assertion
UG - Describe, analyse and explain this problem using relevant interpersonal communications concepts and perspectives, and critically discuss the kinds of interpersonal communications practices that, if not resolved, will sustain this problem situation.
PG - Analyse this problem using interpersonal and communications theories, concepts and perspectives and make practical recommendations on how the problem could be resolved. Your recommendations must be justified and supported by relevant theory, relevant research, recognised good practice, reasoned arguments and must be feasible within the context nominated.
