This article is based on finding the impact of Leader-Member-Exchange, paternalism, delegation on the job satisfaction of employees in Pakistan. Data has been collected from 204 different employees from Telecom companies in Islamabad and Rawalpindi. This research mainly focuses on finding impact of such factors like LMX, paternalism and delegation and how job satisfaction is enhanced or affected by such factors. The variables which we selected are Paternalism, delegation, LMX and Job Satisfaction. Previous researches in this regard have also been discussed and strategies regarding such factors have also been discussed
