Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR) has gained momentum and become widely popular in the last three decades. New ways and methods of ADR have been developed. There are various reasons for opting an ADR rather than the usual judiciary procedure. Mediation is one such ADR method which is being widely used all over the world today.
