This paper is based on the following question –
Take ONE management issue studied during the module, e.g. motivation, leadership, communication, ethics, managing teams, etc. Critically review at least TWO models, concepts or theories related to the topic. Discuss how these models can be applied in the context of your nation’s culture? What modifications of a management style might be appropriate for a manager?
