Description

In the current situation the impact of the Human resource Management has improved and changed. The Human research management is considered to be the most significant topic in the management research. Management of different human resources within various cultures, economies and legislative systems is carried out by the Human Resource department of the organization. The report is based on the Human Resource Management of the Komorebi Villas which is mainly a chain of hotels in Japan. The headquarters of this hotel is located in the city of Kyoto. The business was started around 25 years earlier by a businessman named Akio Maki, the CEO of the Komorebi Villas. The main issue that resides within the Komorebi Villas is that the employment is not provided to different people of the country and the business is handled only by the family members.
To increase the chain of employment and also to increase the number of hotels all around Japan, Akio Maki is ready to adapt different policies regarding the employment. The different parts of the report will cover different types of information for the purpose of better understanding. The first part of the assignment is to provide information about the cultural factors which includes the roles of value orientation, different beliefs, social conditions, values and many other different ideas. Secondly the Institutional factors such as the political, government and other economic issues. Moreover, the demographical structure, labor markets, the different nature of importing and exporting of goods. The next part of the report is based on the policy and legislation of the employees along with the planning and management strategies which influences the HR planning.
