Description

Human resource managers are in charge of guaranteeing that employees conform to security strategies that are intended to ensure safeguard information about the organization, clients and its stakeholders. Accordingly this paper has upheld the important and obligatory role of the human resource department in the management of information security. To demonstrate this HRD Excellence has been chosen which manages the human resource of the government departments. Apart from making the employees responsive towards their work roles of organization arrangements and techniques, HRD works to research and address any occurrences including infringement of these guidelines.
