Description

One of the main notions of the given study is to highlight the significance as well as the importance of the individual leadership trait in an intellectual point of view. The proposed study will support to get an overview of the notion of the different leadership style and regards its different kinds of features. It is well known to very one that there are a number of leadership traits which has got different advantages and disadvantages. A lot of different great leader has got this features which help them to serve their best. Like for instance in this given study a great leader named as Nelson Mandela has been selected from which we will show that what kinds of leaders was he and what are the different traits that he mainly followed throughout his lifetime. Leadership can be identified in the form of different ways for example like organizational leadership, institutional leadership, political leadership too (Rost, 1993). There are different kinds of leadership trait some of them are transformational, charismatic, transactional etc. The study will follow a particular leadership trait form which its different aspects, advantages as well as the disadvantages of the leadership trait can be identified.
