Leadership in the organization enables it to maintain discipline, ethics and effective practices, which helps employees to perform effectively. Organizational leadership approach chalks out the shared values and establish business strategies, which enables the organization to sustain and grow. The lack of effective leadership approach can not only influence the progress of the organization but also limit the creativity of the employees in the organization. Organizations adopt different leadership approaches, which is mainly influence by the top leaders of the organization. The successful organizations create more than one leaders, who can influence followers at different levels and influence them realize their potential and collaborate with the leader to achieve the shared objectives. This report critically analyzes the leadership approach of The Wave, Muscat, a world class waterfront recreational area. The report also provides an assessment of the leadership skills of the author of this report.
