Description
Shared leadership refers the strategy that enhances all of the human resources within a firm or organization in through empowering employees of that firm and providing them the occasion to execute a leading job in the firm considering their area of expertise. With this point of view it can be said that Shared Leadership (SL) is a source of enhancing the effectiveness of team performance. Here in this paper we have analysed the major factors that affects Shared Leadership and its effectiveness. There has always been confusion among the concept of Shared Leadership and traditional ways of leadership and some people think that they both are the same. But there are few differences among these two which have been offered in this essay.
