Description
Leadership capabilities can be clearly shown basing on a real example of a leader. For the purpose of this assignment I have chosen a controversial person of Saddam Hussein, the unquestionable leader of Iraq and the Middle East in the last 3 decades of 20th century. Despite of his brutal dictatorship, he represented many leadership features that brought him up to the president’s office and caused that Iraq became one of the Middle East powers in 1980’s. The following paper is an attempt to analyse the leadership capabilities of this man who is currently considered to be one of the most autocratic and cruel dictators of the past decades in the world.
