Customer commitment refers to companies being committed to customers even after a transaction has taken place between the company and the customer. The company is committed to provide the best service and goods to the customers and puts customers’ interest in front. This leads to strong relationship between company and the customers and in turn leads to customers being committed to a company for any future purchase. Companies have understood the value of commitment and a number of companies are trying to push for customer commitment, leading to loyalty, attitude, resulting in purchase intention and finally to purchase.
