Flydubai had an objective of becoming the most preferred low-cost carrier, which is turning out to be true since tit has gained increased market share in a very short period due to its unique approach of connecting the destinations, which did not have direct connections thus, boosting the tourism and trade processes. This enabled it to attract the business segment as well and currently it continues to attract the tourist and business segment. Flydubai has been able to effectively attract through its low cost strategy but using differentiation strategy along with it can provide the airline with increased competitive advantage.
