The most important leadership style and in practice at the Qatar airlines is transactional leadership. Yes, leadership style can be transactional too. According to Adair, the transaction is not only limited to the money or material. According to the transactional theory of leadership, the manager expects the employees to contribute more towards the achievement of organizational goals in order to give the rewards and achievement to the employees.
