This assignment is based on the following assignment question – - Please use the Davidson et al. (2006) article and briefly summarize: what clinical leadership is, what is required to develop and maintain such leadership, and why clinical leadership is thought to be needed. The next one is to use the Jones & Cheek (2003) and the Parker, Giles, & Higgins (2009)articles to critically evaluate the prospects for clinical leadership, and particularly to what degree the issue raised in these two papers might present serious difficulties for the development of clinical leadership practice and culture.
