Everyone’s inner desire becomes to lead a team and be known as a successful leader. To lead and guide a team is an immense feeling of self motivation and self boosting however many such leadership level person doesn’t realize the underneath concept to driving the team also, to be an august person to drive and motivate the team too and take them to a level where they can be looked as a successor too. So what we mean to say here is that Leaders not necessarily have Leadership skill.
Leadership qualities are at times inherited and at times acquired, however a lot of it comes from the fact how easily a person can pick up such attributes and adopt well as well as maturely. What it takes to be a leader. A mere status does not do. One needs a clearly defined vision, an objective and a lot of energy to drive that vision passionately. A leader carries a lot of qualities which are distinct and which differentiates a leader from the crowd. A leader is the person who wins or at least always shows the vision of winning. Leadership or leadership qualities is merely a process of influencing the social gathering in which support of a big group comes as an accomplishment. As stated by Alan Keith “Leadership is ultimately about creating a way for people to contribute to making something extraordinary happen” (Kouzes & Posner, 2007).
