Description
This assignment is based on the following requirement –
Organizations increasingly face a complex, fast changing, and volatile environment. The ability to capitalize on complexity in a creative way is now considered a vital strategic capability. In many years, this situation demand a rethink of how management & leadership are exercised in organizations. With that in mind –
1. Describe & Critically discuss the complexity that organizations face today. Illustrate your answers with examples drawn from well know case studies and/or from your own organization.
